Objective :

Enhance the LBCI’s mobile application’s user experience and encourage user engagement to increase user traffic and retention.

Team :

• 1 Account Manager

• 1 lead UX Designer

• 3 UX Designers

  My role in this project was a senior UX designer. I was working closely on a weekly basis with all the team members above, and meeting biweekly with the IT and technical development team.

Challenge :

• New features were implemented which affected the concsistency of the interface design and and disturbed the previous uniform design pattern.
• The navigation of the application was affected by the new additions which made the user experience less user friendly and the whole application less intuitive to figure out.
